From just a single data set acquired in minutes, a multitude of quality and authenticity parameters for each fruit juice is available by the SGF-Profiling with the FoodScreener. With our fully automated juice profiling we are able to:

• Assign the type of fruit
• Determine the variety and product type like direct juice or concentrate
• Check the juice for the country of origin

Further the juices are automatically compared to our comprehensive database of more than 20,000 authentic juices. With this comparison deviations of any kind are detected automatically. Our database is expanding and updated constantly to have e.g. current normal environmental changes included. At the end of this fully automated measurement there will be also the quantification of up to 35 parameters depending on the type of juice - with reference to official AIJN values as well as to our database.
